We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Care service lead/Care Supervisor to work within the Reigate Office team.

Working for Bluebird Care (Reigate) as a Care Service Specialist, you would receive excellent benefits, including:

As a Care Service Specialist you will be rquired to:

• To support care staff in their role through providing ad-hoc training and guidance at the customer’s home and to help with ongoing training, including the care certificate and completing staff supervisions. 
• To ensure the customer care plans are reviewed regularly and making any changes if required to the care plans and risk assessments.
• Monitor electronic MAR charts and take any actions on findings

Due to the on-call duties involved with this role candidates must have a car which you can insure and use for work, and ideally, live local to the Reigate area.

Candidates must have strong organisational and communication skills and be confident working independently and as part of a team. This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior carer who is looking to progress their career in care!
