We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Care Team Leader/Supervisor to work within our Epsom team. Due to the on-call duties involved with this role candidates must have a car which they can insure and use for work, and ideally, live local to the Epsom area.

Working for Bluebird Care (Epsom) as a Care Supervisor, you would receive excellent benefits, including:

You will make sure the service wins new customers ensuring they receive an excellent introduction to us whilst ensuring customers receive excellent quality care and support to keep them safe and comfortable in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills as well as a minimum level 2 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards this.

Candidates must have strong organisational and communication skills and be confident working independently and as part of a team. This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced care or support worker who is looking to progress their career in care!
