Bluebird Care Epsom has an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join our team! Along with a salary up to £32,000 per annum with additional On-Target earnings bonus up to £3,000.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Deputy Manager

Follow up all enquiries and proactively seek new private client care packages to ensure that company revenue targets are met on both hourly and live in business lines.
Arrange assessments with the team assessors to provide timely and compliant care plans and to attain the best possible profitable care provision, and to sign off care plans as the deputy manager to ensure CQC compliance
Deputise in the absence of the Registered Care Manager - managing and mentoring team of assessors, scheduler and the care field team
Work with the Bluebird Care team and other health and social care professionals to deliver high quality homecare services and to make improvements where necessary

Your Experience and Suitability for the Deputy Manager Role

Candidates must have strong organisational and communication skills and be confident working independently and as part of a team. This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Care Manager or Team Leader.

You must have:

Full and valid UK driving licence
Access to a car
Right to work in the UK
Excellent level of English
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Previous experience within a similar role.
