We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Experienced Care Supervisor to work within our Chichester team. Due to the on-call duties involved with this role candidates must have a car which they can insure and use for work, and ideally live local to the Chichester area.

You will visit our existing customers to monitor needs and supervise our care staff to ensure the very best of care is delivered. The ideal candidate will have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills as well as a minimum level 2 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards this.

Candidates must have strong organisational and communication skills and be confident working independently and as part of a team. This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced care or support worker who is looking to progress their career in care!
